Carlo Giulio Leopoldo Vismara was born in Milan on 14 September 1981 and graduated from the classical high school “Giovanni Berchet” in Milan. He was then awarded his degree in law from the Università degli Studi of Milan, with a thesis on business and company law entitled “The participation of share capital companies in partnerships” with final score of 110 out of 110.

He has served as a Civil Law Notary Public since 2014, and has been practising in Milan since 2015 in the field of the law of conveyancing, business and company law, family law and succession law.

Before passing the notary exam, he had practising as a lawyer for seven years mainly in civil law, business law and labour law. As a result of this he fully understands the dynamics of legal proceedings and is able to find the best solutions to dispute resolution and prevention for his clients.
